Mazeoke app for iPhone and iPad

• Anybody over the age of 12 years can participate. Contestants should enter their correct age. We carry out random age verification checks (ask for documentary proof of age). The account of anyone under the age of 12 will be closed, and we will forfeit any winnings.
• The legal age for competing unsupervised on the platform is 18 years.
• On the Mazeoke platform, guardians can create profile on behalf of artists under the age of 18 and manage it as well.
• Every month in itself will be a contest. The first day of the month at 00:00 hours, Hawaii time will mark the beginning of the competition, and the second last day of the month at 23:59 hours, Hawaii time will be considered the end of the contest.
• For uploading each standard duration video, contestants will have to pay $2.
• A contestant can submit multiple video entries in a month (there is no restriction on the number of entries).
• Contestant can capture a new video (using the smartphones camera) or upload an existing video (from the smartphones gallery/memory).
• There will be no video editing options available on the app.
• Standard length of a video will be 2 to 4 minutes. The maximum length of a video can be 8 minutes (after purchasing a time extension).
• Contestants can choose to perform any song they want; there are no specific guidelines for which song they have to perform in any month.
• On the applicable screens, there is a contest countdown clock showing the time remaining until the closing of the contest, i.e., the second last day of the month, after which the contestants can submit no new entry.
• The rater can rate an entry only once. The rating cant be changed once submitted.
• Contest entries submitted by contestants between the age of 12 and 18 will be considered two times. For example, if they receive a 5-star rating, the Mazeoke App will regard it as 10 stars, and automatically increase the total count of stars on that entry by 10.
• All contestants will be able to rate their entries and the entries submitted by other contestants.
• While uploading a video entry, its mandatory for the contestants to submit the original artist name and song name. Failing to do so will result in Admin discarding the entry.
• If an app user submitted an entry on another persons behalf or the app user submitting the entry is not present in the video, it must be disclosed by that app user in all such cases. If that entry wins the contest, then Admin will issue the award to the Mazeoke account holder. Mazeoke LLC holds no liability for any legal matters between the contestant (who uploaded the video entry) and the artist (who performed in the video entry).
• Mazeoke will select winners based on the rating. The video entry which receives the maximum number of stars will win the contest.
• A contestant may submit multiple entries, though only one can win (whichever receives the maximum number of stars). Admin will not allow ratings received on all the entries submitted for a months contest to be submitted all at once. Admin will calculate the rating on each entry individually.
• There will be eight winners every month. One winner per category of the genre (totaling 7) and one top rater of the month (he or she who rated the maximum number of entries - each rating will be counted as one, doesnt matter how many stars a Rater awarded during it).
• Admin will make pay-outs 30 days post completion of the contest. Admin sees this period for any claim or dispute, and after which, there will be no requests for these matters entertained. Admin will transfer the prize to the winner.
• At this time, Admin will only award Pay-outs via PayPal.
• Admin will award X% of the total revenue collected from the fee paid for submitting entries for each of the seven categories as a prize to each winner. Sometimes particular genres will have more entries; for those genres, the prize money will also be higher. The top rater will receive a fixed value reward.
